We started Mesquite Capital Trust to help address the housing issue in one of the United States' poorest cities - Brownsville. Brownsville has been identified as one of the seven cities in Texas which will be facing a housing crisis in the coming decade. With vacancy rates increasing, we seek to reduce these numbers by producing affordable and quality homes. 

Our mission, is to "Construct affordable and quality homes, one house at a time."

We will be making entry into the real estate market through the construction of multi-family units to further help the lack of housing for working class families. Join us to help establish the need for housing, especially in these troubling times.
